Shipping policy
We are a family-run farm, and all items are handled with care directly by us.
Typical orders will be received, processed and packaged next day, and shipped out the following business day. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but please be advised that we will not refund for items shipped within our 10 day policy range.
Each order will receive a tracking number.
We are not responsible for the replacement of any items damaged or lost in shipping. This issue should be taken up with the mail carrier.
